Avi terms of service
Last updated: 2026-10-10
By adding Avi to a Discord server or using it there, you agree to these terms and to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
The service
Avi moderates a server by the rules its admins write. It can delete messages, send private notices, time members out and suggest kicks and bans. Kicks and bans always need a mod's approval, timeouts are capped by the server's rules, and every action can be undone from the mod-log.
Responsibility
Avi is an automated tool and makes mistakes. The server's admins and mods stay responsible for moderating their server, for the rules they adopt and for the autonomy they grant Avi. Avi is provided as is, without warranty, and its operator is not liable for actions taken in a server or for missed violations.
Acceptable use
Don't use Avi to harass members, to enforce rules that break Discord's policies, or to attack or overload the service. Don't try to make Avi's models produce harmful output. The operator may remove Avi from servers that do.
Paid plans
Paid plans, when offered, bill monthly and can be cancelled at any time. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Data
How Avi handles data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and ending
These terms may change; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using Avi at any time by removing it from your server. The operator may stop the service.
